Service: 3D surgical guide design — print-ready STL delivery. We do not offer 3D printing.

Case Files & Clinical Notes

Share your clinical notes and send the scan files.

Choose one option. If you prefer not to upload here, pick the last option and our team will contact you to collect the files.

Allowed: zip, rar, 7z, stl, ply, dcm. Max size: 500MB each. Up to 5 files.

Upload CBCT (DICOM as .ZIP/.RAR) + Intraoral Scan (.STL/.PLY).

Ensure link sharing is set to “Anyone with the link can view/download”.

We use your details only to reply to your request. We do not sell them or use them for ads. Please do not send patient names or photos in this form.
